We want you to love what you ordered. If it doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
1) 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage

With all original tags attached (if applicable)

Returned in original packaging (if possible)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to sender.
2) Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable

Gift cards

Promotional/free gifts (if included with purchase)
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos (and/or video) showing the issue
If confirmed, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or issue a refund—depending on the situation and inventory availability.

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send returns without approval—unapproved returns may not be processed.
5) Return Shipping (Customer Paid)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund processing typically takes [5–10] business days (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
Note: If your purchase included a promotion (e.g., BOGO, bundle discount, “free item”), your refund may be adjusted if returning part of the order causes the promotion requirements to no longer be met.
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8) Order Cancellations

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you can request a return after delivery (subject to this policy).
