Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, it will be handed off to the carrier and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times can vary depending on:

  • Your location and local carrier operations

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.”

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery fails, we may require an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days, contact us at support@theavenuefive.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
